If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
To start a return, please email info@mira-club.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the condition of the product.

1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
It must be unused and in its original packaging, with all original accessories.
You must provide clear photographic proof of the racket’s condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
The racket shows significant damage or excessive wear not caused by transport.
The product is incomplete or missing parts.
We will not accept returns for rackets that have been heavily damaged through use.

2. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs are approximately €7.25 per shipment; please check with your local carrier for exact rates.

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full order amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of return approval.
