Pre-Order Policy – Mira Club

At Mira Club, we’re proud to offer limited edition product releases — designed with purpose, crafted for performance. Some of our products may be available via pre-order before official release. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our pre-order system works.

1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it is officially in stock. This ensures you get access to our most in-demand collections before they sell out.
When placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your product in advance. Your card will be charged immediately at checkout.

2. Estimated Shipping Date
Estimated shipping dates are clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. For example:
“Pre-order now – Ships end of June.”
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, and a tracking email once your product ships.
Please note: estimated shipping dates may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays. In such cases, we will proactively notify you by email.

3. Delivery Timelines
Once your pre-order is shipped, standard delivery timelines apply based on your shipping location. You’ll receive real-time tracking to follow your package.

4. Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped when all items are available. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

5. Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting info@mira-club.com.
After shipment, our standard [Return Policy] applies.
Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging, and must match the condition shown in the photo provided by the customer at the time of the return request.
If the item is returned with significant wear or damage, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

6. Secure Payments
All pre-orders are processed securely via Shopify Payments or Klarna. Your payment is taken at the time of order to reserve your item.
