Mira Club – General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – DefinitionsIn these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Day: calendar day.
Durable medium: any tool that allows the consumer or trader to store information in a way that permits future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: Mira Club, operating under the legal entity Mariska van den Berg Empire
Distance contract: an agreement concluded between Mira Club and the consumer in the context of an organized system for distance selling.

Article 3 – ApplicabilityThese terms apply to every offer and distance contract concluded between Mira Club and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, these terms will be made available digitally in a storable format.
Article 4 – The OfferAll offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Product images and descriptions are carefully compiled, but errors or deviations may occur and are non-binding. The offer includes clear information about:
Total price (excluding import VAT and customs duties where applicable);
Shipping costs;
Payment and delivery process;
Return and cancellation options;
Languages available: English;
The right of withdrawal and applicable conditions.
Article 5 – The ContractThe contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions. Mira Club will confirm this electronically. We implement adequate technical measures for secure data transfer and protect payment processes.
Article 6 – Right of WithdrawalThe consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. If they withdraw, the product must be returned in its original state and packaging.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of WithdrawalReturn costs are borne by the consumer. If a payment was made, Mira Club will refund the amount within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or valid proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of WithdrawalThe right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized products based on consumer specifications;
Sealed items (e.g. hygiene or intimate products) once opened;
Digital products and services after download or activation.
Article 9 – PriceAll prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to VAT regulations or international pricing shifts. Non-EU orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Article 10 – Conformity and WarrantyProducts must meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability. Faults or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Warranty terms follow manufacturer standards unless otherwise stated.
Article 11 – Delivery and FulfilmentMira Club delivers worldwide. We aim to ship within 2 business days and deliver within 2–7 business days depending on location. If a product is delayed, you will be notified. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Subscriptions and Duration ContractsNot applicable unless explicitly stated. Subscription-based services or deliveries will include clear terms and cancellation policies.
Article 13 – PaymentAccepted payment methods include: iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, and other local options. Payment must be completed within the stated timeframe. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their payment details.
Article 14 – ComplaintsComplaints must be submitted in writing to info@mira-club.com within 7 days after identifying a defect. We aim to respond within 14 days. If no resolution is found, the matter may be escalated to dispute resolution.
Article 15 – DisputesAll agreements are governed by Dutch law. Legal disputes must be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Article 16 – CESOP ComplianceIn accordance with EU VAT reforms and CESOP regulations, Mira Club complies with all payment reporting obligations through our payment service providers.
